1. Digital Product Nature
DijiVidya sells digital products such as ebooks, courses, guides, templates, prompts, videos, and downloadable files.
2. No Refund Policy
Because our products are digital in nature, all sales are final. Once payment is completed and product access, download link, course access, ebook file, template, or any digital material has been delivered or made available, refunds are not possible.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payment, payment deducted but order not created, or unresolved technical non-delivery after reasonable support attempts.
